Poorly run branch - Silverton

<p>I went there to get my joined bond linked to my profile. It took 50 Minutes to get this done. We where there at 10:06. If the bank was just busy, I would understand, but they only assisted us at one teller. All the other tellers helped other people who just walk in, wait 5 minutes and get helped.</p> <p>This is really not a way to treat your clients I will avoid this branch in the future.</p> <p>According to the info board, the waiting time for enquiries and statements where up to 1:16!!!</p>
