Poorest service ever.

I am so dissapointed with Nedbank I do not even have enough words they make me sick. I needed to reverse a debit order that I did not authorize and this debit order went off on the 27 of Dec(R1831.00) to be told that debit orders older than 30 days cannot be reversed as a matter of fact I am closing the account with Nedbank.
