POOR VERY VERY POOR SERVICE❌👎🏽

Poor services from Nedbank and MFC I needed to speak to someone that is in charge on MFC decision like a manager but no joy in getting them on the phone and went to the branch to get help but I was told to call when I ask call who because I need a manager but I was send to the phone to call MFC but nothing and wanted to complain no one assisted me, so please anyone from MFC or Nedbank that knows their job, please call me ***. I’m tired now tjoooooh very Poor service, guys don’t buy cars via MFC you get a headic when you need to speak to them.
