Poor Terrible Service

I’m mad as hell Nedbank doesn’t take their customers seriously especially when it comes to resolving issues regarding money. They send me a Recall form, I completed the form on the 19th April 2023 . I attached a POP and statement to which account the money was transferred too, the money was transferred on the 18 April 2023 to the wrong account. I’ve never received any feedback from nedbank till today when I called them they told me that I must wait for that department handling these cases and they can not transfer my call to them. This is really frustrating.
