POOR SURVICE

I'm standing for more that 30 minutes In the row at Nedbank Wilkoppies Klerksdorp. Since I came here a half an hour and no one in the row have been helped. I just wanted so collect my green card and I must stand and waight for hours. It is almost an hour now and still the line stands still. This is pathetic to waight this long just to collect a card. There is 5 counters and just 2 people working and there is about 20 People in the line. This system that you using does not work.
