Poor support system!!
I have Nedbank Greenbacks and it's almost impossible to log on to your account and the support is shockingly poor. FNB ebucks works much better with a simplified system linked directly to your account.
I have emailed, called, but no support was offered! My balance also seems to remain the same even though I used my card regularly.
I wait to see how Nedbank would respond to this complaint.
