Poor show nedbank on home loans and customer call centre

Unfortunatly we could not give a 0 review and had to place a one star. Never had such disgusting customer service frim Nedbank call centre and their Bond department Our bomd was cancelled two weeks back yet they are still holding onto our funds. Would love to see how it would have paned out if we owed them money. No one bothers to call us back and we have made endless calls to their so called call centre. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service and will be moving our investments elsewhere Please ensure nedbank thanks their home loans and customer call centre when this happens
