Poor sevice for years now...

Due to a system failure R4000 gone... Maybe in 2 weeks I can be reimbursed, I was told after 45 min. Tried again the 3rd ATM not working... Credit card supposed toe be sent, nothing after phoning holding for an hour speaking with someone who doesn't understand and can not speak up. If there's a teller there's no change, either way, it takes up an hour plus. Maybe you should just give up? Just asking...
