Poor services with nedbank

Worst services ever. They closed my account without notification. I had to call them to inquire. There are still money in that account. I went to.the branch they asked me to fill in indemnity form for the funds to be directed to my other account. 10days later still waiting. The person thats in contact with me keep telling me the funds has been transferred, or telling me its at the relevant department. I keep going back and foth tonthe branch calling them from my cellphone and yet no response. They supposedly transferred the funds, up until today nothing gas been done. Its been going on for the parts 2 weeks adn its getting frustrating. I wont advise anyone to use nedbank business for any business banking. They give you poor service
