Poor Services from Nedbank

"I've had a deeply frustrating experience with Nedbank. After requesting a correction for incorrect credit bureau data (which falsely stated I owed them and harmed my credit score), I was promised a 48-hour turnaround. After multiple follow-ups, I discovered the team requested the correction for March, not my original request. Now, I'm being told to wait another 48 hours, with no accountability or contact from the admin team. This has been an absolute waste of time and has severely impacted my credit."
