Poor services

I am writing this to bring to your attention that I am not satisfied with the quality of services I received from u guys on the 30th of April 2021. I lodged a claim with Nedbank and up until now I got no feedback from u guys. I did call in to find out the status of the claim but I spoke to a very unprofessional and rude consultant. I am very disappointed and expect u adress this issue immediately..
