Poor services

Thank goods i have moved my business account from nedbank, I have been waiting over a week for Bongekile Zondi to reply to my emails regarding my credit card that has been settled, the lack of service delivery is shocking. I have sent a email to the client feed back email and till today no response. Your services are shocking and will never see me ever as i customer again.
