Poor services

On this nedbank you wait for 2hrs or more to get help. No matter how many customers before you but you wait for so long and you have never seen a bank that has a slow service like Nedbank: Ixopo branch. <br> <br> On the 16th November 2015 i entered at the bank around about 12h44 but i came out exactly at 15h18 due to shortage of staff and their computer system which runs like a snail. Again on the 20th November 2015 i had to got delayed in to this bank and i did not get help until it was closed. I was told to come back the following day of which i couldn't. Today as i am writing this complaints i have arrived at 13h12 and there wee less than 5 customers in front of me but i am still waiting on the queue of which i am not sure whether i will be assisted or not. <br> <br> I regret and curse the day i opened an account in this bank. I will never advise anybody to use this Nedbank. It is so pathetic i am telling you.
