poor services

I have a loan with nedbank which they handed over to legal department and i made arrangement with legal and they deducted money from my account last month as per our agreement and also nedbank deducted money in my account same time .I called legal and they said i must speak to nedbank and nedbank consultant i spoke to from collections were very rude and very unprofessional .They even dropped the call in my ears and when i call back the consultant i spoke to was also rude and when i ask to speak to manger she transferred me to retail department without my permission were i spoke to fiona .She also said they dont have my account with them and when i ask to speak to manager she dropped the call and she was also rude .How come my account is not reflecting on legal while they previously deducted from my account . I am very sad and angry at the behaviours of nedbank representative .
