Poor services

I am left with a distraut feeling from Nedbank. Seems from credit card division to Sandton city branch they not sure what they doing. I have being given the rum around since begining of October to date and still unable to obtain my credit card. I had a credit card with the institute and they have terminated my card without alerting me nor upgrading into another level.

They service really disgusts me.
