Poor service,no prompt feedback,no resolve

Good day I am very displeased with the service and no resolution of a personal loan query that since January i have had no luck with. New query logged April still no resolution to date. Every department you call, they are unable to resolve my query, logged a complaint,still no resolve, contacted them again yesterday no resolve, up and down and this loan is just increasing. No one has helped me or given me feedback. Very dissatisfied. If no response by Friday will have to find out what my next step is.
