poor service, zero delivery on promises

poor service, I app**** for a credit card in January 2020. I was approved. till today I have not received the card. I was advised on 03 occasions that the card is at the 'distribution centre' and that the consultant will escalate the matter and the delivery will be expedited. this has not happened. the whole experience has been awful, every time I have to follow up with Nedbank, I have never received an SMS or email from Nedbank to update me on the process, I was utterly appalled with the process and the lack of service I have received, I have since cancelled my cheque card with Nedbank as I don't trust they can represent me financially. if the card is not at the Dainfern Centre branch by Saturday 15-February then I no longer want to do business with Nedbank. I was promised on numerous occasions that the card will be dispatched and this has not happened. I have been patient but clearly your bank is not serious about me.
