Poor service x ***
I have been going up and down and calling for 2 months trying to get my cheque account new card and no one is assisting, what’s frustrating is that I can’t use the card and the app because my card expired and I’m getting no help from nedbank! Stuff!

26 Jan 2023, 11:22These are the people I have spoke to the first ones was Bongani shaye who told me that the card will be delivered in 2-3 working days and that way 3 weeks ago and I did another follow up today with Noxolo Mshwana she basically had no full answer for me and told me that he will send an email to the previous person I spoke to, this is the reason I will consider banking somewhere else where the is care!
