**** Poor Service when closing loan account

What absolute mess. I generated a settlement letter for my loan on the 26 and on the exact same day paid It in. by the 28th the money was reflecting in their account , I was then subsequently debited on the 28th which was expected. I then called in to ask that the account be closed and my refund be processed and was told that would take 3 days. On the Third day a follow up only to be told I now need to submit proof of payment for a deposit that they can already see on their system. fast forward a complaint later and three follow two follow ups later I'm still waiting for my account to be closed and for me to get my money back. What a joke.
