Poor service Vehicle Insurance Claim (MFC)

I had a car accident on 22nd of may, until today i'm still waiting for your inspector to come through and do inspection on the vehicle. I have been calling and calling it seems as if you have no interest and sympathy at all. How long do i have to wait in order to get the necessary assistance?
