Poor Service. Useless Bank

I'm disappointed in Nedbank. They failed me big time. I asked for cards to be delivered to Centurion Branch two or three weeks ago. Spoke to someone after a week and she said the cards were send to The Reeds branch which is 20km away from my place. Used my fuel and only to be told that my cards are at Centurion. Centurion has not sent me a message. The American Express is in Midrand and I have not received a message. I am glad I did not request my salary to be paid into that account. I will try another bank....Thanks for nothing
