Poor service ...unprofessional help even now they can't help to withdraw my money mobimoney

Poor service at nedbank... I have receive money through mobimoney but I cannot withdraw the money and I did follow all the steps it says something went wrong on our side try again later.I have tried several time to call their call centre not getting any assistance.They have try to send me reference numbers 3 times and so many temporarily pin.No assistance until today.The money was send on the 30th of June.Even now still showing that I have in mobimoney but I cannot withdraw it and I must use this money to buy my kids groceries..can this be resolved....
