Poor service to loyal client from Nedbank

As a loyal Nedbank client for over 30 years, I was optimistic when I app**** for a home loan that I would secure a bond with the best possible interest rate from Nedbank. However, I was flabbergasted to discover that Nedbank had totally declined my application for a home loan. What confused me is that every other bank had approved me with a loan of my requested amount. After this terrible experience at Nedbank, I am planning on closing all my accounts at Nedbank permanently and switching over to a different bank.
