Poor service, slow turnaround time

Ordered a credit card, still waiting 3 weeks later and also after phoning in to request it. Have asked the bank to remove my old surname still on the bank statements but still has it on even though all my details are changed. Cards sent to KZN address but live in Cape Town. Amex Card cancelled as per their instructions because a debit order that is on it I have not signed up to they suggested cancel it so it doesn't come off. Issued new credit card and still have the amount being deducted.
