Poor Service (Pretoria Branch)

The service at Nedbank PTA central is horrible! Went there on the 9th of April after receiving an sms about my account being restricted and after waiting for half an hour, I'm told the banker already left and I should leave my contact details and come back the next day. I went back today [10 April] same waiting time and I'm told yet again they're not there. (March) I've tried calling head office, tried contacting the banker [Remembrance Mogale] even had the JHB branch reach out to her on my behalf still nothing. She does not respond to emails or phone calls and no one ever has a clue where she is or how to reach her at the Pretoria Branch. PATHETIC!!
