Poor service overall

I cancelled my Nedbank Business card, due to it being lost. I ordered a we card, which was to be sent to CCD couriers for delivery. The card never left Nedbank's possession and a card transaction for over R12500.00 went off the card that was not active and not in anyones possession other that Nedbank. I lodged a ***** case on this and was told to wait 7-21 working days for something that should have been impossible to happen and 100% on Nedbank.

Shocking, nothing more I can say.
