Poor service on Tuesday morning

This morning I I went to Nedbank Sam Ntuli, I got there just 5 minutes after 9 and I waited and hour outside plus 1 hour 30 minutes inside just to collect a card, Wow great service Nedbank keep up the ****ed up service at some point I saw three tellers sitting together doing absolutely nothing
