Poor service offered by Nedbank kensington

It's absolutely frustrating that the Nedbank kensington at Durban North couldn't inform the passport applicants promptly that they have a technical issue. Instead they waited for us to show up at the appointment only to tell us that they can't do anything because of the technical issue.

They fail to understand the inconvenience and the cost implications. Disappointed by the level of professionalism showed by Nedbank.
