Poor service of Nedbank especially Piet Retief branch

In September 2025 there was a ***** activity on my online banking account, I reported it and my online was suspended. Everytime I follow up they say they are investigating it. How long does the investigation take? Nobody knows

I have to go to the branch for EFT, I use Piet Retief branch where the sense of urgency is zero. I have to sit for hours waiting for Njabulo as he is the only one with access to do that.
