Poor service, no regards for clients.

I visited Nedbank West street to fix my banking app since i have blocked it because my phone was ******, I contacted the call centre for assistance and they advised me to visit Nedbank branch. I got there 12;45 and i was told to stand on the line outside and after being in that long line i was finally called forward to be given a ticket for ANOTHER line! It does not make any logical sense to be given a ticket after standing on that long line, outside West street in Durban in this heat! Meanwhile i stated clearly why i came.why didnt i get a ticket then? By 14:00 my lunch is over and i left the premises without being assistance. Clearly i took my lunch to Camp there and admire their fancy chairs
