Poor service Nedbank. So disgusting

I have a very poor and disgusting service at Nedbank Pretoria church Square. Service poor and annoying. They have system issues where printers are not working at the tellares and it took me 2 hours to tranfer money from Nedbank to fnb and I still failed to succeed with the transaction. I have my sick father who cannot stand and we have to tranfer money for his account to the hospital account. My mother was due for operation and it has to be delayed because of the payment cannot be done.

The staff are very slow and they don't have any sense of urgency and they don't put themselves in the customer shoes

I feel they took advantage off the mass market and they don't really care about the waiting time.

I need the Regional Managers to give the call
