Poor service Nedbank Sam Ntuli branch

Poor service I’ve ever seen or experienced in the entire banking industry. We have been standing on the line to go inside the branch for almost an hour now, people just pass the queue and go inside and they get assisted while we waiting for someone to tell us to come! I’ve never seen such in my life!
