Poor Service, Nedbank Private Banking Nogal...

My account was hacked and Nedbank fails to explain how someone got to my account and sent themselves R4000 send you imali.

They said I must give them 9 weeks to investigate. Open a case with SAPS. But still no response despite numerous emails and enquiries to the private banker. No answer or update.

Pathetic service... And they call it Private banking... Yet you pay for the service. Disappointing to say the least.
