Poor service nedbank Polokwane mall u if the north.

After getting countless messages to go do Rica at the branch I did. But my account still says I did not. I came last week at mall of the north nedbank last week. When I call their call centre, I was told in 3 hours the matter will be sorted. It was not. I called again yesterday, the call centre says I must go back to the branch. It means last week coming here was just a waste of time. I'm back again today, I'm told to just go back to the queue. No priority given complaints at all. I regret opening this account. I don't have time to be visiting branches and wasting time.
