Poor service, Nedbank

I am very dissapointment by the service at Nedbank .I tried several times to make an appointment to see a relevant consultant to assist me with opening a bank account for my NPO but in vain. Their staff seem to not know how the bank operates. One will transfer you to another a d that other will transfer you to another. For almost a month now I have been calling them and up until now no one could assist me. This shows incompetence of their and am really disgusted by their poor service. In future I will never recommend anyone to do business with Nedbank
