Poor Service - Nedbank does it again !!

I would take away the one star for the poor service received by Nedbank. After completing an online request for a foreign payment on 19.12.2023, let me add I submitted my payment request early to avoid delays. I receive a response at 15:21 from the spealist excon requesting the reason for payment ,lets not forget , the reason for payment is included at the time of the payment request, and i immediately respond to ensure my payment is not delayed, including in my comment why could i not request this payment via my business account cause this is a business expense. Today i receive an email , the invoice should be made out to my personal name cause the payment is off my personal account , like hello did you not read and understand this point of me not having access to international payments yesterday. So I respond i cannot change the information as it is a business expense , then i am send a blunt email , payment request will be rejected , go into the branch and sort out your business account for international payments and we will not hold the roe , new roe to be calculated at the time of the new request , let me add there is seniors copied in the email who bothered to do nothing to rectify the issue , steer clear from Nedbank , not worth supporting a bank who dont support your or your business
