POOR SERVICE NEDBANK CONSTANTIA

Went to Constantia Nedbank got there at 11h30 the branch was empty and refused entry by the branch manager. I tried to get staffs attention and they all ignored me. Their excuses were due to Covid they close doors 30mins before the time. Well thats not what your covid - 19 message says on your doors. Im closing my bank account and will never recommend Nedbank to anyone. I live in Plumstead the Plumstead branch is closed. The constantia branch is useless. The pale male manager is too old unfortunately to be progressive and think on his feet. I needed my pin code reset and now cannot access my account until Monday. What unhelpful staff. I went to Capitec around the corner. Such pleasant young emphasis on young people helped me. I opened an account with Capitec so don't need your services any longer. It was appally to see other clients banging on your doors for the manager to open but it fell on deaf ears The clients in Constantia shopping village was having a ball of a time watching the spectacle unfolding.
