Poor service- Nedbank at the Grove Mall, Lynnwood Road

Nedbank branch at the Grove Mall in Pretoria East, Lynnwood Road the system is always slow and the employees are always restarting their computers this is so frustrating to say the least. Nedbank App does not allow you to do everything like they claim on their communication to clients. Why would I still meed to go to the branch if I have the bank app.
