Poor service NEDBANK

Omg..... I see everyone is trying to close their nedbank account with no success. It has been a week for me and no one is doing anything about it. The call center staff are rude and very pushy. I do not want their account what is so difficult to understand. No one gets back to me I am over it. Capitec for the WIN.
