Poor service NEDBANK

My history with this bank has been totally unsatisfying. I initially had a gold cheque with this bank then my card was blocked, that means I would try to withdraw I’m in the middle of shopping and boom “card error”, I then went to the bank and they told me that I had to open a new account , I did that. But now I was told I had to open a different account type of which I didn’t want but I needed to use my funds. Cool , 3 days later I get a call from Nedbank to go to the bank and cancel the card, I went to the bank and they chopped the gold cheque card. Then the green card that they had given me 2 weeks ago also stopped working I went back again and they told me that the reason why my card is not working is because my gold card was still active. All in all I ended up having two accounts with nedbank that I’m now paying for. My story is too long but I’d never advise anyone to ever use this bank because they are ***********.
