It is with regret to report the matter on social media. Application for a home loan is the most painful and dreadful experience. It is a simple question to the answer yes or no. *********** staff dealing with a persons livelihood as if it is an object they can push and bully around. Wasting my valuable time. I could have already obtain a bond with their competitors. Your poor service is not appreciated and neither does your brand.
