Poor service Levels and conflicting Approval (Nedbank Private Bank-Midrand-Rhea Singh)
My Daughter D Naicker app**** for Vehicle Finance via Private Banker Rhea Singh/Packery. Her finance was approved @Prime rate and 60 month Term. She requested 72 month Term. Rhea Singh was took 2days to process change, also extremely difficult to get hold of, via phone/email. After Rhea Singh confirming via email that the 72 month was approved. she telephones and states that 60 month is approved. Totally unprofessional. We then tried to get Hold of her Manager but Failed with a Mr Ernest and Ms Packery . To date resolution and None response from Nedbank Private bank Midrand.
