Poor Service - Lack of Feedback

In Dec 2024 I reported ***** on my card and was told that by Feb 2025 I would get feedback and a review....still today I have not received anything....despite me phoning daily and sending follow up mails. Its simple, I just need someone to update me on the case. Thanks
