Poor Service ive ever seen

Nedbank Is very very poor my account was blocked for nothing i sold my phone to Someone he paid into my nedbank account the next thing my account was blocked because the person who paid me had a problem in his account, so why am i involved? I ddnt even ask the person where did he get the money from So when you buy a Car from Toyota do they ask you where did u get the money from or they just give you what you are buying im really angry with nedbank my money is stuck there i cant even buy food for my kids is nedbank doing this because im black or
