Poor Service, i would not recommend using Nedbank!!

I have been trying to change y contact details so that i can re-activate my banking app. I phone, messaged and even went to the branch to get assistance, i do not know how many time i went there without any help received. Card has been inactive and never used it at all. I now chose to close the account, i am being told my account is overdrawn (service fee charges), What services am i being charged for? What about my time and energy and money i spend calling and going to the branch? Let's not even talk about the waiting time at the branch!!
