Poor service I received from Nedbank

Pathetic service after banking with Nedbank for so many years, I am really disappointed. Nedbank offered me a loan and I took half of the offer, then I realised I need the other half and app**** but they declined the second time and say I can not afford it.Now this does not make sense how did I qualified from the first place if I can not afford am so angry and disappointed at Nedbank I am even thinking changing the bank.
