poor service, humiliated & disrespected

<p>After 3 visits to Nedbank Braamfontein trying to open a cheque account &amp;not getting assistance. Finally on the 14/01/16 a consultant \Sam"opened my account. I asked him to activate sms notifications on my account &amp; he told me that he had done so. Upon opening the account he didn't give me any papers with my account number or information about bank charges. Due to poor service"</p>
