Poor Service - Home loan payment missed, interest charged

I would like to report bad service from Nedbank. The bank blocked my account and that resulted in my bond payment missed as I could not transact. Bond payme t was missed on the 1st of September and up to date my account is still blocked and my bond still unpaid. I am getting charged interest everyday by the home loan and the money is just sitting in my account. Called the branch and being transfered from.one department to another. Who is going to pay for the interest charged by Home Loan from the 1st to date?. Can service just improve to support your clients. Now I don't know where to go or who to call and I am just stranded. I have sent an email to the branch manager with no response. I am so disappointed. My levies are unpaid and I am starting to get charged penalties to the value of R1000 and my money is just sitting in the account.
