POOR SERVICE FROM TELEPHONE CONSULTANT

Got assisted by a Nedbank Consultant by the name of Mbali Madonsela, she gives clients the waste service ever. Sent numerous follow ups to her via email but to no response. Sent an email to Nedbank complaints department and no response from them as well. Am really disappointed with the service provided by Nedbank as l have been a client of them for years now . I would rather advise people to visit the Branch instead of making use of Nedbank telephone Consultants, they offer poor service as opposed to the ones in their Branches .
