Poor service from Nedebank Proffesional Banking division

Been having very poor service delivery from Nedbank Proffesional Banking service. It has been taken just shorth off a month to assist with the valuation of my properties. The property that I had my eye on has since been sold so will have to start from scratch top look for a property. My service advisoir simply does not answer my questions and his manager has been copiued in with no reply from her aswell. When I phoned the call centre for assistance, the call centre advisor did not listen to what I was explaining and was rued, so no help there as well. What a time waist
